The industry experiences high turnover in these departments, which become a very high cost. Tactical Back Office solves this issue by finding awesome remote personnel  and training them in the industry, the industry’s software, and customer service. Branding

Tactical Back Office already had a brand that he launched his business with. While it worked, the owner decided it was time to seriously brand himself as a leader in staffing the medical field.

We wanted to show with the brand a kind of connectedness – a global connection between businesses. For color, the original brand had already had a life with green being a main color – we wanted to keep that as a color, but explored other options. 

Website

We designed the website for Tactical Back Office to be clean and easy to navigate. We put the benefits of using TBO front and center for the viewer, ensured that they can review the written testimonials, and are followed by a clear call to action. 

Digital Advertising

While creating the strategic plan and researching their competitors, we noticed that many of these companies were targeting any businesses that needed outsourced help. Our messaging needed to be very specific to the target industry. 

The owner of TBO helped us to best speak to the true needs of their target demographic. Understanding the segment or role that TBO has in the medical work industry was pivotal in creating the proper ads and linking them to the proper audience. With TBO’s speciality comprising 1% of the medical industry, intensive research and care was taken to develop an audience of DME/HME staff and providers. 

Film

Since remote staffing tends to have a negative perception around it, we’ve had to bolster the credibility of the brand by loading it up with glowing testimonials. Since this project began during COVID, we needed to practice safety and instead of doing in-person recordings, we used a popular video conferencing software. We recorded and edited several testimonial videos and even chopped the videos into clips that answered very specific FAQ’s. Full testimonials and FAQ clips were uploaded to TBO’s YouTube page, will have a location on the website, and are used in advertising efforts.
